Tyler Hess has been running Christian Music Zine since he created the site in 2008. He lives in Vista, California with his wife and expected child. His favorite bands are Relient K, Bleach, Emery, House of Heroes and Anberlin. 
Not sure if you had a comment or question section but was wondering if anybody knew what was going on with Pillar? Essential Records does not have them on the artist roster any longer and there doesnt seem to be much going on their MySpace or pillartour.com page, just curious but I hope this is not a sign of another band gone.
I read somewhere not too long ago (can’t remember where) that they are still around, but taking some time off to spend time with their families or something like that. I don’t know any of the details though. I’d point you to the article, but I don’t remember where I found it.
